Actis Accounting and "BF Audit" team up as per April 1st 2010, and continues under the Actis brand. The clients can expect even more proactive advicing and more effectiveness in the fundamental products like accounting and audit.

"We are happy that we got a cooperation with one of the finest CPAs in Denmark, as a consequence our clients will continue to get proactice advicing that will help them, especially in these difficult times", Mr. Flemming Moelle says, and he is on the brink of leave the CEO chair, to be taken by Mr. Bjarne Aalbaek from Actis as per April 1st. "At the same time, we get a lot of new IT systems that will help to becomming even more efficient in our client work.", Flemming continues.

The company will continue in the buildings in Vestre Gade 18 in Brondby, Copenhagen, but will move to the 1st floor to more light and a more modern design. To get the benefits of IP tecknology, the phones will change to +45 70 10 70 16, but the client and collaborators will still be able to use the old numbers in a long transition period.

"I am really looking forward to meet all the clients", says Bjarne Aalbaek. "I have been looking into a lot of client files, but am really exited about meeting them in person, and can't wait to get into the problems, challenges for these businesses and the people and families behind them.".

Bjarne Aalbaek has a past in PwC and "Network group Denmark", and is also the ringleader behind Faglig Afdeling A/S (= "Professional Department"), an expert company for other CPAs, and tours Denmark every year to teach the Danish CPAs news about audit, accounting and tax.
